Role Description

We are seeking skilled Back Office Agents (Voice/Non-Voice) for a full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries efficiently, processing and managing data accurately, working on voice and non-voice operations, and collaborating with team members to maintain seamless workflows. The role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in professional communication.
  • Proficient in data entry, documentation, and maintaining high accuracy in processing information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency in using software tools, databases, and systems for back-office operations.
  • Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Punctuality, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer service and call center operations is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
