Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for Back Office Agents with English proficiency at B1 level or higher. The role is focused on supporting operations in data management and analysis, processing tasks, and ensuring workflow accuracy. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with back-office administrative functions, communicating efficiently with internal teams, ensuring high customer service standards, and collaborating on financial or sales-related tasks as required.
