Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Agent in the English Account at ETISAL International located in Cairo, Egypt. The Back Office Agent will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data, processing transactions, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to company policies, and the ability to collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing
  • Excellent administrative and data management skills
  • Ability to process transactions efficiently and resolve issues promptly
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Experience in BPO industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
