Role Description

We are seeking Back Office Agents (Voice & Non-Voice) for a full-time, on-site role based in Abassaia,Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include handling and resolving customer inquiries through various communication channels, managing and processing data, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves supporting company operations by facilitating administrative tasks and documenting transactions. Candidates will ensure high levels of accuracy, customer satisfaction, and consistency in service delivery while adhering to organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for voice-based customer interactions and written proficiency for non-voice channels
  • Time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in operations
  • Familiarity with office applications, CRM tools, and relevant software
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
