Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Agent located in One Kattameya, Ring Road. The Back Office Agent will handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, process data accurately, and ensure the smooth functioning of operational processes. Responsibilities include communication with relevant departments, compiling reports, and ensuring data quality and efficiency in operations. The role requires adherence to company policies and collaboration with team members to support ongoing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record management and data processing
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with confidential data securely
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
