Role Description

The Key Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, providing excellent customer service, and developing business plans to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing account data, strategizing to meet client needs, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and business strategy
  • Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and execute tailored plans for clients
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the communication or technology industry is a plus
