Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role located in Cairo. The Key Account Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and desired outcomes. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, formulating business plans, analyzing account performance, and providing tailored solutions. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams and enhancing customer service initiatives to foster long-term client relationships.

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills to effectively manage and grow client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills for developing and assessing account strategies and performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing accounts within the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
