Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key

Account Manager to manage and grow our key clients in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector.

The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in building long- term relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key HoReCa accounts.


• Identify and approach new business opportunities to drive sales growth.


• Lead and manage contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts,

ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.


• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain,

customer service, marketing, and finance) to deliver seamless customer experiences.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.


• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.


• Ensure timely collection of payments and

compliance with company policies.

Requirements
:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,or related field.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Account

Management, preferably in the FMCG or HoReCa sector.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and

managing multiple key clients.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and

interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,

Word)
