and seeking a
Key Account Manager
to join our
Sales Office in Cairo, Egypt
.

Position Summary

Own and grow strategic customer relationships, drive revenue, and coordinate cross-functional delivery for SST Thermal Solutions' key accounts across MENA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic/enterprise accounts as the main point of contact.
  • Develop account plans, forecasts, and growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our thermal systems, services, and project solutions.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews; present account performance, roadmaps, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with technical, projects, and service teams to ensure on-time, in-spec delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, tenders, and competitor activities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline, and forecasting discipline.
  • Handle contract renewals, pricing updates, and collections follow-up with finance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Engineering, Business, or related field
    (thermal, HVAC, or industrial background preferred).
  • 3+ years
    of experience in
    key account management or enterprise sales
    , with proven quota attainment.
  • Excellent
    negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication
    skills.
  • Experience in handling
    tenders, contracts, and long sales cycles
    .
  • Fluent
    Arabic
    and professional
    English
    communication.
  • Valid
    Egyptian work authorization
    .
  • Proficiency in
    CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
    and
    MS Office
    .

  • Revenue and gross margin vs. target
  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage
  • On-time collections (DSO performance)
