About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships in Egypt's cement and construction materials sector. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where you will manage a portfolio of 10-12 major accounts including contractors, ready-mix concrete producers, and large-scale developers.
You will be the trusted commercial partner for our most valuable clients, driving sales growth across cement and aggregates while ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term account retention.
Your Mission
• Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales volume targets across cement, sand, gravel, and aggregates product lines
• Own Strategic Accounts: Serve as the primary relationship owner for 10-12 high-value clients, ensuring retention and expansion
• Commercial Leadership: Set pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maximize profitability within your account portfolio
• Build Regional Presence: Expand our client base and strengthen market position in your designated territory
Key Responsibilities
1-Account Management & Client Relations
• Manage end-to-end relationships with 10-12 key accounts including major contractors, ready-mix concrete producers, and construction developers
• Serve as the single point of contact for all commercial matters, building deep trust and partnership
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues to ensure retention
• Develop account plans that identify expansion opportunities and cross-selling potential
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Drive sales of cement and aggregates products to achieve volume and revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and present commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
• Lead contract negotiations for major supply agreements
• Close new contracts with prospective clients in your territory
2-Pricing & Commercial Strategy
• Set and negotiate pricing strategies within approved parameters to balance competitiveness and profitability
• Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing approaches accordingly
• Structure payment terms and credit arrangements in coordination with Finance
• Analyze product mix and recommend optimal solutions for each client
3- Sales Pipeline & Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records for all accounts
• Provide regular forecasts and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence
• Track and report on KPIs including sales volume, retention rates, and new contracts
• Ensure documentation accuracy for all orders, contracts, and client communications
4- Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with Finance on credit control, invoicing timelines, and collections
• Collaborate with Operations/COO to ensure on-time delivery and smooth order fulfillment
• Work with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules that meet client needs
• Coordinate with technical teams on product specifications and quality requirements
5- Team Interface
• Oversee and support sales team members assigned to your accounts when applicable
• Share market insights and best practices with commercial colleagues
• Contribute to overall commercial strategy and team objectives

• Orders Processed On Time (30%): Ensuring smooth order-to-delivery execution
• Collection Support/Timely Invoicing (15%): Facilitating prompt payment cycles with Finance
• Documentation Accuracy (10%): Maintaining error-free contracts, orders, and records
Who You Are
Essential Qualifications
• 5-8 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in cement, construction materials, ready-mix concrete, or heavy industrial products
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in competitive markets
• Experience handling large contractor accounts, government projects, or ready-mix producers
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close complex commercial deals
• Understanding of cement/aggregates sales cycles, logistics, and customer requirements

• Understanding of credit terms, payment cycles, and financial documentation
• Knowledge of construction industry dynamics and project timelines
