About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team and launch your career in the cement and construction materials industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales while contributing to our business growth.

You will support our senior sales team, manage smaller accounts independently, and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across cement, sand, gravel, and aggregates products.

Your Mission


• Generate New Opportunities: Prospect and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline


• Support Sales Growth: Assist Senior Account Managers with client servicing and administrative tasks


• Manage Small Accounts: Take ownership of smaller client relationships and drive sales independently


• Build Commercial Skills: Develop expertise in cement industry sales, pricing, and client relationship management

Key Responsibilities

1- Lead Generation & Prospecting


• Identify and research potential clients including small contractors, construction companies, and retail outlets


• Make cold calls and conduct outreach to generate new business leads


• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members


• Attend industry events, site visits, and networking opportunities to build contacts


• Track and follow up on all leads in CRM system

2- Sales Support & Account Management


• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts independently


• Process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales inquiries


• Support Senior Account Managers with client communications and administrative tasks


• Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment


• Handle basic client queries and escalate complex issues appropriately

3- CRM & Database Management


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM system


• Update contact details, interaction history, and account status regularly


• Generate sales reports and pipeline updates for management review


• Ensure data quality and consistency across all client records


• Track sales activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics

4- Administrative & Reporting


• Prepare sales proposals, price quotations, and contract documentation


• Assist with preparing sales presentations and marketing materials


• Compile weekly/monthly sales reports and activity summaries


• Support the commercial team with meeting coordination and follow-ups


• Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, orders, and correspondence

5- Market Intelligence


• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends


• Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform commercial strategy


• Report market insights to Senior Account Managers and Commercial Director


• Stay informed about construction projects and opportunities in your territory

What You'll Be Measured On

Your success will be evaluated through clearly defined KPIs:


• New Leads Generated (40%): Number of qualified prospects added to the sales pipeline


• Sales Conversion Rate (30%): Percentage of leads converted to active clients/orders


• Client Database Accuracy (20%): Quality and completeness of CRM data maintained


• Admin Support/CRM Reports (10%): Timeliness and accuracy of reports and documentation

Who You Are

Essential Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field


• 0-2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply)


• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes (internship or academic experience acceptable)


• Strong interest in building a career in sales and the construction materials industry


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
