Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Sales Admin Executive. The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, managing correspondence, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills, including managing correspondence and maintaining databases
  • Experience in preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
