Admin Sales Coordinator
to join our team
Job Summary:
We're seeking a professional who can coordinate sales team communication, manage documentation, and support daily sales operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows between the sales team, management, and clients.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate communication between the sales team management, and clients.
· Prepare and follow up on sales offers, projects, and reports.
· Manage contracts, documentation, and compliance processes.
· Analyze sales performance and share insights for continuous improvement.
· Support and organize office tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in
Admin Sales or Sales Coordination
(preferably in Firefighting or HVAC field).
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in
MS Office
.
