Founded in 2017 as a subsidiary of Capriol Global Group, Egy Crete plays a crucial role in major national projects in Egypt, particularly the New Administrative Capital.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Badr City, Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market analysis. The role also involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and training the sales team.
Qualifications
- Sales management, client relationship management, and market analysis skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare sales reports and coordinate with multiple departments
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage
