Company Description

Egyptian Cement Group is leading the development of the largest building materials complex in Upper Egypt, situated in the Suhag governorate. The initiative begins with the construction of a state-of-the-art cement plant that will produce two million tons of cement annually. With an investment of EGP 6 billion, the facility will utilize advanced technologies and equipment to deliver world-class products. Egyptian Cement Group collaborates with Sinoma-CDI, a globally recognized company with decades of expertise in constructing cement plants. The project underscores the company's commitment to innovation and economic growth in Upper Egypt.

Role Description

  • Monitor energy consumption and report any deviations from agreed KPIs during the shift.
  • Ensure the proper operation of all main production equipment.
  • Improve inventory utilization and minimize waste in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively about any potentially hazardous situations and ensure full understanding among shift employees.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all shift-related reports, including daily reports, shift logs, and downtime records.
  • Take necessary decisions to maintain production stability while ensuring workplace safety standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate teams
  • Ability to implement and oversee operational protocols in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in the cement or construction materials industry is an advantage
