Company Description

Egyptian Cement Group is developing a state-of-the-art building materials complex in Suhag governorate, Upper Egypt. This significant investment, totaling EGP 6 billion, includes the establishment of a cement plant designed in collaboration with Sinoma-CDI, a globally renowned company with over six decades of experience in cement plant construction. The plant will utilize the latest technologies to produce 6,000 tons of clinker daily, equivalent to 2 million tons of gray cement annually. Egyptian Cement Group aims to drive industrial growth in the region while delivering high-quality building materials.

Role Description

  • Monitor energy consumption and report any deviations from agreed KPIs during the shift.
  • Ensure the proper operation of all main production equipment.
  • Improve inventory utilization and minimize waste in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively about any potentially hazardous situations and ensure full understanding among shift employees.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all shift-related reports, including daily reports, shift logs, and downtime records.
  • Take necessary decisions to maintain production stability while ensuring workplace safety standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Solid Experience in Cement Industry
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate teams
  • Ability to implement and oversee operational protocols in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in the cement or construction materials industry is an advantage
