Rayman Consulting is an outsourcing and recruiting agency. We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager for one of our clients specialized in selling raw materials for construction companies, mainly cement.

Job Description

  • Develop and lead the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Supervise and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales goals with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

-7-10 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role within construction or cement industry.

Excellent English communication skills.

Previous experience in the construction and cement industry is a must.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
