Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in New Cairo. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, develop strong relationships with key clients, manage a sales team, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Additional responsibilities include setting performance targets, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring the team meets revenue goals while upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client management, negotiation, and lead generation
- Team Leadership and Performance Management skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills to analyze industry trends and create actionable strategies
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
- Proven experience in high-level sales roles; familiarity with the New Cairo market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
