Senior Sales Support
Mail Role :
- Compiling daily lists of leads and handling them.
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department and marketing department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
- Assisting management team members and executives as needed.
- Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
- Creating and processing sales promptly.
- Expediting requests, rush orders, and altering sales orders and shipping information as required.
- Collect and report information on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns on the ground.
Qualification & Skills:
1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-Previous experience in sales or administrative support.
3-Ability to conduct field visits when required.
4-Strong organizational and time management abilities with multitasking capability.
5-High attention to detail.
6-Basic knowledge of marketing and merchandising principles.
