Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical support to clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored product solutions, liaising with technical teams, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational targets. The role also involves preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and managing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Engineering, and the ability to present and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Experience in providing Technical Support, including addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal technical teams.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build long-term client relationships and address concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and manage customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in industrial laboratories or calibration and testing equipment will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.
