Now Hiring: Senior Export Sales – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Cairo 3A for Agricultural and Animal Production is seeking a seasoned and motivated Senior Export Sales to drive our international sales efforts in fresh fruits and vegetables. This role offers the chance to contribute to expanding our global footprint in the fresh produce market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies for fresh fruits and vegetables across global markets.
Identify and engage new international buyers, lead contract negotiations, and close export sales deals successfully.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with supply chain, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders meeting freshness and quality standards.
Monitor fresh produce market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and challenges.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reporting, and market insights to senior management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of export sales experience in fresh fruits and vegetables or related fresh produce sectors.
In-depth knowledge of export regulations, customs requirements, and logistics specific to fresh agricultural products.
Proven success in building international client networks and managing export sales cycles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively across teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
