We're Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Egypt (Building & Sanitaryware Equipment)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Future GM Track | Strategic Sales Role | Competitive Compensation

Our client, a global player in the building and sanitaryware sector, is looking for a Country Manager to drive business development across the Egyptian market and support strategic initiatives at a national level.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional ready to take the next step toward a General Manager position.

Key Highlights: Lead national sales across OEMs, distributors, and large-scale project developers

Engage with consultants, architects, and key accounts to build long-term market presence

Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations and growth strategy

Transition into the General Manager – Egypt role in the near term

Who We're Looking For:

  • 7–10 years in business development or project/specification sales
  • Strong experience in the building equipment or sanitaryware sector
  • Proven success with OEMs, contractors, and distribution channels
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strategic, self-driven, and capable of leading teams and market expansion
