We are hiring now an event coordinator & an event planner assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Heliopolis. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing event budgets, overseeing event setup and teardown, and handling sales and marketing activities related to events.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and marketing activities related to events
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role
