Role Description

The Reservation Manager (Outbound) is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This position involves managing and optimizing reservation processes, leading outbound communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations for events and travel services, supervising a team, developing operational strategies, and executing sales initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operations Management, including implementing and overseeing efficient processes for reservations and travel coordination
  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills to effectively supervise a team and ensure high performance
  • Sales expertise with the ability to develop and execute strategies to maximize outbound revenue and client satisfaction
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar tools to track and manage necessary operational resources
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, resolve issues, and optimize processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • Experience in event or travel management is an advantage
