Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist (Mass Hiring), located in Cairo, Heliopolis. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates for a high volume of roles. The role also involves facilitating interviews, providing support during the onboarding and training process, and ensuring effective communication with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing candidates for various roles.
  • Experience with Interviewing candidates and evaluating qualifications effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to effectively conduct Training sessions targeted toward new hires.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a high-volume hiring cycle efficiently.
  • Previous experience in mass hiring or recruitment roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
