Leo is a LLC specializing in trading agencies and operating franchise models, and has been a Vodafone partner since July 2012. The company owns and operates 31 Vodafone express stores across Egypt. In addition to its franchise operations, Leo is involved in import and export businesses and offers outsourcing recruitment services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Heliopolis. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for mass hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. The role involves communicating effectively with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and providing training to new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will ensure that the recruitment process aligns with company policies and meets the organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mass hiring projects (call centers, sales teams, retail, or operations roles).
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower plans, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and career fairs.
  • Screen and interview high volumes of candidates daily to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct or coordinate assessment days, open days, or bulk interviews to meet hiring targets.
  • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure
    compliance
    with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in
    mass or bulk hiring environments
    (BPO)
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle high volumes of candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment trends.
