Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while providing a positive candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Support recruiters with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
  • Coordinate and communicate interview logistics with candidates and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and metrics
  • Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • · Experience recruiting for roles in software houses or tech-focused companies is a must
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and recruitment software
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools
  • Internship or experience in a recruitment or HR role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best recruitment practices
