Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, ensuring the identification and attraction of top talent. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing effective employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet the recruitment needs of the organization. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating hiring efforts to ensure a streamlined and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies.
- Experience in Employer Branding practices to enhance the company's talent appeal.
- Strong Interviewing and Hiring skills to identify and onboard top candidates.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teams to meet recruitment needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
