Job Summary:

The HR Specialist is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.

2. Payroll Support

  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll data (attendance, deductions, overtime, bonuses).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements.

3. HR Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.).
  • Support HR projects and audits as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
