Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Heliopolis. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support and service, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met in a professional manner, adhering to company protocols, and collaborating with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic Computer Literacy and the ability to use related software efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial
