Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has strong production knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure flawless event experiences.

Job Summary:

The Event Production Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all on-ground activations, events, and BTL campaigns for the agency's clients. This role ensures seamless production—from concept development to on-site implementation—while maintaining high creative, operational, and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and hands-on experience in agency-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Production:


•Manage end-to-end production for events, activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and BTL campaigns.


•Supervise setup, rehearsals, show calling, event flow, and dismantling.


•Translate creative concepts into feasible production plans and timelines.


•Oversee technical production: staging, rigging, lighting, sound, branding, fabrication, and logistics.


•Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and venue assessments.


•Develop budgets, work-back schedules, production plans, and resource allocations.


•Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, creative, strategy, and design) to ensure timely delivery of all assets.


•Attend client meetings, pitches, and presentations when needed.


•Provide expert advice on production feasibility, budgeting, and execution.


•Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout the project cycle.


•Maintain a strong, updated vendor database.


•Lead production teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.


•Manage client communications and approvals throughout the production process.


•Keep up-to-date with new technologies, materials, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:


•5+ years of proven experience in event production, BTL activations, or agency production roles.


•Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative and account teams.


•Flexible to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel as required.


•Budgeting and negotiation expertise.


•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


•Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
