Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence, both online and offline. This role involves planning and implementing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives that support sales objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and corporate events to promote brand awareness.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Develop engaging marketing content for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates, social media management, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners for branding and promotional materials.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support product launches and exhibitions by creating marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and communication across all marketing channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in marketing, preferably in
    industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments
    .
  • Proven experience managing campaigns, content creation, and event coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Solid understanding of
    marketing principles, branding strategies, and lead generation
    .
  • Experience in
    campaign analytics and performance tracking
    .
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in
    digital marketing tools
    (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of
    graphic design tools
    such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
    (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, design, and management teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
