About the Role:

Our creative agency is looking for a talented and trend-driven Senior Social Media Specialist / Reels Maker
who excels in shooting, directing, and editing short-form mobile content. If you are passionate about storytelling, lifestyle filming, and turning raw ideas into viral Reels or TikTok videos — using just your phone — this role is perfect for you

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) using mobile devices.
  • Create lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and concept-based content aligned with client and brand tone.
  • Generate fresh ideas, hooks, and viral story formats tailored to different industries.
  • Work closely with clients, influencers, and internal creative teams during shoots.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
  • Deliver fast, daily content under tight timelines for multiple brands.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in social media content creation (agency experience is a plus).
  • Expertise in filming using mobile (iPhone/Android) — Reels, TikTok, lifestyle shoots, BTS footage.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, angles, framing, and content direction.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar mobile editing apps.
  • Basic color correction, transitions, and sound selection.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute shoots independently.
  • Must provide CV & portfolio featuring real mobile-shot videos
    (no stock footage or template-only edits).
