Role Description

  • Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage press office activities including press releases, media pitches, interviews, and event coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients on campaign performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables including coverage reports, editorial calendars, and campaign updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (media relations, content, and events) to deliver integrated PR solutions.
  • Proactively identify PR opportunities and provide strategic counsel to clients.
  • Support in developing proposals, presentations, and participation in new business pitches.
  • Manage account budgets and ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members (Account Executives / PR Coordinators).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing and drafting Press Releases.
  • Minimum of 5 years' Experience in PR Account Management in PR Agency is a MUST .
  • Strong Communication skills and expertise in Public Relations strategy.
  • Established Media Relations and the ability to engage with media representatives effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Arabic
