About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized
Operations Manager
with a strong marketing background to support daily operations, project coordination, and performance tracking within our digital marketing agency.
This role is full-time and on-site at our Misr El-Gedida office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between internal teams.
  • Assist in managing client accounts and supporting project timelines.
  • Track performance, prepare reports, and support quality control processes.
  • Follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and operational tasks across teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on tasks and priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or account management (preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (must be a marketing/marketeer graduate).
  • Fluent in English (No Egyptian accent).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics, project coordination, performance tracking, policies, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and handle fast-paced agency environments.

  • Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour flexible)
  • Location: Abdelhamed Badawy – Misr El-Gedida, Cairo
