Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with at least 5 years of account management experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the link between clients and internal teams, coordinating marketing campaigns from concept to execution while ensuring alignment with brand goals, timelines, and budgets. Your strong background in account management will enable you to build lasting client relationships, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal marketing, creative, and production teams


• Coordinate and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events, etc.)


• Support client strategy development and ensure campaign deliverables align with client goals and KPIs


• Prepare project timelines, creative briefs, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders


• Track campaign performance, gather insights, and assist in reporting and presentation of results


• Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and coordinate invoicing and billing for client accounts


• Schedule and lead client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and project progression


• Collaborate with sales, design, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans


• Assist with content development and coordination across email campaigns, websites, and social platforms


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations to inform strategy

Qualifications:


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or account management role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house marketing team


• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and client servicing


• Excellent project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams


• Experience using marketing and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or similar)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with creative software is a plus


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field


• Experience in a marketing agency or working with multiple clients/accounts


• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
