Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Account Manager based in Heliopolis, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Sales Account Manager will focus on managing key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes developing strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to address client inquiries effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation to identify and engage potential opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in technology, IT solutions, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
