Role Overview:
As a
Sales Account Manager
, you will manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint. From relationship building to closing deals, you'll be at the heart of our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve long-term success.
2. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
3. Use industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities.
4. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
5. Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
Requirements
:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as sales account manager in IT industry
3. Background, networks and technical ability.
4. Strong English commands and language skills
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Experience in using ERP software. "Preferred"
