Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Account Management, based in Heliopolis with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key clients, analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities, overseeing account management and sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve account targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to develop and sustain strong client partnerships
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
    in Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client data, performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in Team Management, including leading and mentoring a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Sales expertise to strategize and execute client acquisition and retention plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in the SaaS industry or technology sector is advantageous
