Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for the Head of HR Operations. The role involves overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems to ensure alignment with company goals. The Head of HR Operations will be responsible for managing HR teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing the organization's HR infrastructure, and fostering a positive employee experience. Further, the role includes streamlining HR processes and using data-driven insights to support business growth and employee development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Operations and management of Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective HR Strategy and HR Policies
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory HR requirements
  • Proven expertise in fostering employee engagement and workplace culture
