Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter specializing in mass hiring. The position is located in Heliopolis. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for bulk vacancies. The Recruiter will also coordinate with hiring managers, oversee onboarding, and maintain up-to-date recruitment records to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment process management, mass hiring expertise, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels
  • Resume screening, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications
  • Onboarding coordination and maintaining recruitment documentation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, systems, and databases
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Prior experience in the recruitment field, especially in mass hiring and large-scale operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
