Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Heliopolis. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Daily tasks include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, performance reviews, and supporting training and development programs. The HR Manager will also handle compliance, payroll management, and organizational development to help foster a positive workplace culture and ensure efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding processes, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective employee training and development programs
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools for payroll, data analysis, and performance management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee engagement and fostering a collaborative workplace culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are advantageous
