Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter position based in Heliopolis. The HR Recruiter will focus on mass hiring initiatives, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet organizational needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring streamlined hiring processes to fulfill high-volume staffing requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Ability to manage and drive high-volume hiring processes and recruitment pipelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet recruitment deadlines
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle hiring challenges efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in recruitment (mass hiring)
