Job Description:
Recruitment & Staffing:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring updates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit and culture alignment.
• Schedule and follow up on technical interviews and feedback with hiring managers.
Personnel & Administration:
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and generate reports to support informed decision-making and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and personal files.
• Handle social insurance registration, cancellation, and monthly reporting for all employees in compliance with labor laws.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
