About the Role:
As QWELL's Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and professional environment, while managing front desk operations and supporting the office with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Guest Relations
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
Direct visitors to appropriate staff
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage visitor logbooks and ID badges
Administrative Support
Handle mail, packages, and courier services
Maintain a tidy, organized reception area
Assist with meeting room scheduling and preparation
Provide clerical support (copying, filing, scanning)
Office Coordination
Track and reorder office supplies
Support the HR/Admin team on daily tasks
Liaise with facility vendors for maintenance requests
What You Need:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Representative
Professional appearance and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
A team-player attitude, with confidentiality and discretion
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Working Hours:
Standard shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (subject to business needs)
