Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in New Cairo. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting patients, and performing clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining patient records, ensuring the reception area is welcoming, and supporting the administrative team as needed.

Working hours from 2pm to 10pm

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with office software
