A leading Multinational Company in the field of Technology and Infrastructure is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll & Admin Specialist/Section Head to lead our payroll and administrative functions within our organization. In this key role, you will oversee the payroll processing, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and manage administrative services to support HR operations effectively.

Responsibilities::

  • Oversee the full payroll cycle, including processing payroll, managing schedules, and handling payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor payroll staff, providing training and supporting professional development.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll data.
  • Manage administrative functions, including general HR support and employee services.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Lead audits of payroll data and processes, addressing discrepancies and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll and administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
