Role Objective:

As an HR General Specialist, you will play a central role in building and sustaining Ootlah's people operations. You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth internal processes, a healthy work environment, and a competitive organizational structure. This role blends operational HR expertise with strategic research and analysis to support company growth, retain talent, and enhance employee experience across all departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Manage monthly payroll preparation and processing with accuracy and compliance.

● Maintain employee attendance, leave tracking, benefits, and personnel records.

● Address employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters while supporting a positive and productive work culture.

● Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, headhunting, hiring, and onboarding.

● Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads to reflect evolving business needs.

● Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

● Conduct market research on competitors' organizational structures and salary benchmarks.

● Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for promotions, salary adjustments, and internal alignment.

● Support HR administration, performance appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech, e-commerce, travel, or entertainment sectors.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

● Analytical mindset with experience in HR research, benchmarking, and data evaluation.

● Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

● Fluency in Arabic and English.
