Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Heliopolis. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes. The role requires proactive communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to identify trends and improve service quality
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • English level B2 to C1
