Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catalog Specialist, located in Heliopolis. The Catalog Specialist will manage product listings on the platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of catalog data. Responsibilities include updating and organizing the catalog to enhance customer experience, analyzing product performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the catalog reflects the company's goals. The role also involves maintaining high-quality standards for product descriptions and ensuring a user-friendly browsing experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Catalog Management skills with familiarity in maintaining and organizing digital product catalogs
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure clear product representation
• Customer Experience focus to create a user-friendly and engaging catalog experience
• Relevant experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
